Today, the UWZ Partner Africa Project successfully organized a solar panel installation training aimed at equipping young people with valuable technical skills. The Madina Technical Institute served as the host institution, providing a conducive learning environment for the participants.
Thanks to the proactive efforts of the Madina Job Center, 50 youth secured slots to benefit from this one-day power-packed masterclass. The training focused on both theoretical knowledge and hands-on practical experience, ensuring that participants gained essential skills for the growing renewable energy sector.
Recognizing the demand for continued skill development, the Madina Job Center has committed to organizing follow-up training sessions. These sessions will further enhance the expertise of participants and ensure that more constituents have access to employment opportunities in the solar energy industry.
